the University of Wisconsin at Manitowoc, one of 13 two-year liberal arts
colleges within the University of Wisconsin system and he has worked in the San
Diego Community College District as CEO and dean. Dan also served as mayor of
Canton, Missouri. He has earned an M.S. in criminal justice and a Ph.D. in political
science from the University of Georgia. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

president for Corporate and Economic Development and as the senior vice
president at Greenville Technical College in Greenville, South Carolina.
Previous to that position, he had a 25-year career in key senior leadership
positions with Dow Chemical Company. He has earned both a master’s degree
in human resources management and an Ed.D. in career and technology education
from Clemson University.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

experience in higher education, including serving as the assistant dean of
Business, Technology and Engineering at Cuyahoga Community College in Ohio, and
dean of Academic Affairs at Community College of Allegheny County in
Pennsylvania. Most recently he was vice president for Academic Affairs and
Student Services at Triton College in Illinois. He earned an M.S. in industrial
education from Texas Southern University and an Ed.D. in vocational technical
education from Virginia Tech. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
