Math Division has an immediate opening for a division director. We are
looking for a strong leader who will ensure high quality instruction, provide
instructional and administrative support to the dean and participate in the
administration of the divisional budget.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Math Division is one of the largest academic departments of the largest
community college in North Carolina. It offers cutting edge innovative instruction,
"fast track" math programs for students and is at the forefront of
the CPCC core competencies initiative. The department is actively involved in
the American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges and the state's
affiliate of the North Carolina Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

degree from an accredited college or university in math or a master’s degree
in a related discipline with 18GSH in math and one (1) year of full-time
experience in the math field is required. Student copies of all transcripts are
required with the CPCC application for faculty positions. Originals of all
