position assists the assistant to the executive vice president in managing
projects relating to student intake processes, initiatives and programs. The
position performs a wide variety of standard to complex administrative tasks
including but not limited to collecting, retrieving, analyzing and presenting
information; coordinates and monitors projects relating to student intake;
assists the assistant to the executive vice president with producing status
reports for projects, following up with project team members to ensure project
targets are met, and documenting outcomes; maintains and updates records and
information in the database for the Student Intake Department; assists in
preparing and monitoring departmental budgets; researches, tracks and
coordinates the implementation of resolutions related to student intake issues;
reviews processes and assists with implementation of initiatives/programs to
improve accessibility and consistency of services to students at all campuses;
performs other duties as assigned.<b><span style='font-weight:bold'> </span></b>Minimum
qualifications<b><span style='font-weight:bold'>: </span></b>bachelor’s degree
from an accredited institution and one (1) year of full-time work experience in
