font-family:Arial'>According to federal regulations, Title IV funds<font
color=navy><span style='color:navy'> </span></font>and VA Educational Benefits
are awarded to a student under the assumption that the student will attend
school for the entire period for which the assistance is awarded. When a
student withdraws, the student may no longer be eligible for the full amount of
Title IV funds that the student was originally scheduled to receive. If the
amount disbursed to the student is greater than the amount the student earned,
unearned funds must be returned to the U.S. Department of Education within 30
days after the student stopped attending. </span></font><o:p></o:p></p>

font-family:Arial'>The financial aid award is voided for students who never
attended, and the student is billed for any tuition, fees and/or bookstore
charges. For students who fail to receive at least one passing grade, a
calculation is completed at the 50% point of the semester<font color=red><span
style='color:red'> </span></font>and the student is billed for Title IV funds
not earned. </span></font><o:p></o:p></p>
