For your convenience, Information Technology Services provides a Help Desk as a single point of contact for requesting technical assistance.  Starting Monday, May 17 through Sunday, July 18, the college will be observing summer hours opening Monday through Thursday only.  The Help Desk hours will therefore change.  In addition, the Help Desk will be located in Overcash 253 on Fridays and Saturdays with a limited staff due to Friday-Sunday closure of Terrell building.  Requests received on Fridays and Saturdays will be addressed in the order in which they were received and by the severity of the problem.  The Help Desk will attempt to resolve your issues however it is possible that non-critical requests requiring field work over the weekend will be addressed on the following Monday.

Our hours of operation and location information:
Monday - Thursday        7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. (Terrell 107)
Friday                           7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Overcash 253)
Saturday                       8 a.m. - noon (Overcash 253)
