Professional Development and the Be Well committee invite all full-time and part-time faculty and staff to get fit and make a healthy lifestyle choice by participating in a free fitness classes. Registration is not required; simply show up for the class. Please wear comfortable clothing and attend the class of your choice.

Yoga at Central and North
Gentle Yoga for Your Health resumes next week at Central campus with Mary McCurry and at North campus with Laurie Walker as the instructor. Yoga helps you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax and relieve stress.
*** Participants must bring a yoga matt or floor rug.
Central VE 101- Thursday, January 21 - April 29 from 12-1pm - no class March 11th
North CJ 117 - Tuesday, January 26 - April 27 from 5-6pm

Pilates Yoga Mix at Levine in LV1200
Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and yoga reduces stress and increases flexibility to improve your overall health.
*** Participants must bring a yoga matt or floor rug.
Levine LV 1200 - Thursday, January 21 - April 29 from 2:30 -3:30

Additional fitness opportunities are planned (dates and locations will be announced soon)
