The CPCC Catering Cuisine Class will be selling boxed lunches for just $5.00 each. The options are:
option 1:
The CPCC Club wrap - thinly shaved smoked turkey, Grateful Growers prosciutto, and smoked Gouda cheese, rolled in a whole wheat tortilla with oven dried tomatoes, butter lettuce and a house made pesto aioli
option 2:
The Central Hummus wrap - Kristi's roasted red pepper hummus with cucumber, carrots, radish, sprouts, oven dried tomatoes, feta cheese and fresh herbs tossed with a simple lemon vinaigrette
both wraps will be served the following: Gemelli pasta salad - gemelli pasta, spinach, pine nuts, feta, and tomato tossed with a lemony greek vinaigrette and THE Chocolate Chip Cookie - simply put, yummy...
