[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Snow day 1/20 counted as work day

As a reminder, if an employee had previously scheduled a vacation day
for January 20, vacation leave should be used for that day.
If an employee was scheduled to work on January 20, he/she will be paid
for the day since the college was closed due to inclement weather.

concerns.
