For your convenience, Information Technology Services provides a Help
Desk as a single point of contact for requesting technology support and
assistance. Our support services range from your offices to the
classrooms and virtually everything in between.

*         Classroom support - Smart Classrooms 
*         Software support for College supported applications; such as
Office 2007, Datatel, and other third party products  
*         Desktop/laptop computer hardware
*         Telephone systems including voicemail  
*         Creating and managing network accounts and access to College
information storage resources (H-Drive, U-Drive, and SharePoint)  
*         Assistance with web site administration 
*         New equipment requests
*         Technology consultation services
*         Technology planning services
