Online enrollment for the new identity theft protection plan is still
available at http://www.commonbenefits.com
<http://www.commonbenefits.com> . The coverage provides monitoring
services, preventative measures and restoration of personal identity and
credit history from an identity theft incident.
This benefit is voluntary and paid by the participant. The cost is $7.00
per month for 12 months or $8.40 per month for 10 months.
Payroll deductions are available to full-time employees only.

Enrollment is a web-based, online process. Instructions on how to enroll
are available on the HR website.
Coverage for enrollment applications submitted before September 16 will
begin October 1, 2008.
