[Cpcommunicator] Last day for free flu shots on Central and Levine 10/30

Today is the last day for free flu shots for employees covered by the
State Health Plan/BCBS Insurance!
Participants should bring their State Health Plan/BCBS NC insurance card
and a photo ID with them to the clinic.
If you bring a dependent on this insurance, the dependent must be over
nine years of age to participate.
Uninsured employees can pay $30 for a flu shot.
The only other insurances accepted by Maxim are Medicare Part-B, Aetna,
Partners Medicare Choice, and Humana Gold.
All participants must sign a consent form.
