[Cpcommunicator] ID Theft Protection Plan enrollment

Online enrollment for the new Identity Theft Protection plan offered by
Legal Club of America(r) is still available at
http://www.commonbenefits.com <http://www.commonbenefits.com> . The
coverage provides monitoring services, preventative measures and
restoration of personal identity and credit history from an identity
theft incident. This benefit is voluntary and paid by the participant.
The cost is $7.00 per month for 12 months or $8.40 per month for 10
months.
Payroll deductions are available to full-time employees only. Additional
details are available on the HR website

Enrollment is a web-based, online process. Instructions on how to enroll
are available on the HR website.
Coverage for enrollment applications submitted before October 15 will
begin November 1, 2008.
