Entering Curriculum Grades in WebAdvisor
(Revised Instructions)
* From the WebAdvisor Main Menu, select the "Faculty" link.
* On the WebAdvisor for Faculty Menu, select the "Grading" link.
* From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate term.
* Submit.
* From the drop-down menu on the Grading page, select Final
Grading.
* Choose one class.
* Submit.
* Use the following codes to enter a grade for each student in the
class.
Curriculum Grade Codes:
A - Excellent
B - Above Average
C - Average
D - Below Average
F - Failing
AU - Audit
I - Incomplete
W - WITHDRAWAL
WN - Withdrawal/Never Attended
X - Credit by Examination
* All students must have a grade entered.
* If the grade is a withdrawal, type the last date attended, and
enter a "W" grade for that student. If a date appears in the Withdrawal
Column, enter "W" in the grade field.
* For students who Never Attended, enter a "WN" grade.
* For an Audit student, enter an "AU" grade.
* Submit.
* To see the grades that you have just entered, repeat the
process for entering grades.
* At this point, you may print a copy of what you have
submitted.
NOTE: A student must resolve an I (Incomplete) grade within the time
frame specified by the instructor or the division, but no later than six
months from the end of the term for which the grade was assigned.
