Administrative Secretary, #1MARKET-FNC-5, REQ. # 341. Administrative
secretary position available in Community Relations and Marketing
Services located on Central Campus. The administrative secretary
position performs a variety of standard secretarial and administrative
tasks which may include filing, greeting and directing callers and
visitors, maintaining computer databases, and typing in support of the
department's daily operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED and
one year of office experience ( or the equivalent in part-time).
Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment; computer and
office applications and the ability to work well with individuals with
diverse backgrounds. Closing Date: May 21, 2008.
Graphic Design Specialist, #1MARKET-FNC-1, REQ. #342. Graphic design
specialist position available in Community Relations and Marketing
Services located on Central Campus. The graphic design specialist
supports CCPCC by designing and preparing high quality, attractive and
informative print and marketing materials to meet the needs of various
clients with the College. This position adheres to the style guide
developed by the Marketing Services department and understands the
College's brand. Designs and prepares high quality and appropriate print
materials to meet the needs of various clients within the college.
Associate's degree in graphic design, art or related field from an
accredited institution and two years of experience; familiarity with
Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other Adobe products;
strong conceptual, creative skills and ability to communicate ideas
effectively; ability to independently manage all aspects of print and
production with awareness of multi-media application and integration.
Closing Date: May 21, 2008.
