NC REACH: Educational Assistance for Adoptees and Foster Youth

 

NC Reach is a college support program designed to help recipients attend
and graduate from any N.C. state college, university, or community
college without incurring debt. Students receive a grant to assist them
with tuition and school-related expenses, as well as comprehensive
support services to help them succeed academically.

Eligible students are those who have aged out of N.C. foster care at age
18, or those who have been adopted from N.C. foster care on or after
their twelfth birthday. Students may qualify through age 25.
