[Cpcommunicator] Fitness center introductory sessions 7/21 and 7/23

If your goals are to improve muscle tone, lose weight, and develop
better exercising habits, then attending this introductory fitness
center training is for you. This 30-minute, hands-on orientation will
demonstrate proper use of the fitness center equipment. 

 

Upon completion, faculty/staff are then welcome to use the fitness
centers at their leisure. For your convenience, both fitness centers
offer complete locker rooms and showers.

 

Mark your calendar and attend one of the following introductory fitness
center trainings:

 

*	Central Campus on Monday, July 21, at 12:00 p.m. in Taylor 111
*	Levine Campus on Wednesday, July 23, at 11:30 a.m. in LV1416
