[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Dental and vision ID cards

Effective January 1, 2008, our dental vendor changed to United
Healthcare.
The new certificate (dental summary) and claims form have been posted on
the HR website under "Benefits." New ID cards have been mailed and will
be received at your home address this week.
Opticare will begin mailing new vision cards on Friday, January 11. If
you currently have vision coverage, please continue to use your current
ID card. If you are new to vision coverage, please contact Joanette West
for assistance.
