A self-directed leadership program entitled Dimensions of Leadership
begins this week. Open to all faculty and staff, this six-week program
focuses on learning one's personal leadership style, developing
influence, recognizing and motivating others, and leading from the
middle of an organization. At the conclusion, attendees will develop a
personal leadership plan.
