[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Processing for Budget Prep 4/28-5/17 requires employees to exit Datatel

For the timeframe of Monday, April 28, 2008, until Monday, May 17, 2008,
Budget staff will be running processing steps in Colleague for Budget
Prep FY09. The schedule for running these steps will be as follows:
* Monday through Thursday: 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
* Sunday: 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
All users will need to exit from Datatel's HR and CF applications, which
include the Budget Module, during the above timeframes.
