[Cpcommunicator] Professional Development Plans due in HR 4/15

Managers and supervisors are reminded that an annual PDP (Performance
Development Plan) is to be completed for all eligible employees between
the dates of March 15 and April 15.
The official due date this year will be April 15.
Please note that a new guide has been developed by Human Resources to
assist managers/supervisors with the PDP process. This guide, along with
PDP forms, may be found on the Human Resources website at
https://intranet.cpcc.edu/sites/human-resources/faculty-staff/manager-re
ference/.
