[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Registration volume 11/14 and employee Datatel usage

Datatel Advisory:
Colleagues,
Registration for new and returning students begins Wednesday, November
14, at 7:30 a.m. The high volume on Datatel's R18 system could
potentially cause serious performance problems.
In order to facilitate student registration, we are requesting that all
employees not involved with registration-related activities limit usage
of the Datatel system to critical tasks for the first half of the day
Wednesday.
Your ITS team is doing all that is possible to resolve this congestion
and improve system responsiveness. Your cooperation in this effort is
appreciated.
We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
