Are you ready to quit smoking but don't know where to start? Have you
tried to quit before but struggled with the cravings? Or, is someone you
love ready to quit and you want to be able to support them?
Join us for our Smoking Cessation Lunch & Learn to find out information,
tips and tricks to curb those cravings and finally quit. A healthcare
professional from Presbyterian Center for Preventative Cardiology will
share information with us, and as always, a healthy lunch will be
served.
