[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Datatel technical problem with non-instructional contracts

If you create Non-Instructional Contracts using the FCMD mnemonic,
please be advised of the following important information:
There is a technical problem in the R18 version of Datatel and at this
time the Non-Instructional Contracts (FCMD) will not print.
Teaching contracts (FASC) and Part-Time Hourly Rate Schedules are not
affected and will print properly. This notification and instructions
only apply to Non-Instructional (FCMD) contracts.
Please refer to the temporary workflow instructions

regarding how to submit Non-Instructional FCMD contracts to Human
Resources in order for these contracts to be paid on time.
A notification will be sent as soon as the technical problem is
resolved.
