The first of the Lunch-N-Learn Series on Homeownership is tomorrow. If

* Rent vs. Buy - The first half of this session will focus on the
important questions any prospective home buyer should ask. Participants
will be provided with the tools to determine if they are prepared for
the reality of homeownership and the potential advantages awaiting them.
* How Much Can I Afford/Qualify For? - The second half of this
session will focus on the formula that lenders use to determine how much
they will lend to a prospective home buyer. This seminar will enable the
borrower to understand what income and debts are counted and how much
money is needed to buy a home.
