Annual Performance Review Process
The annual Performance Development Plan (PDP) process is currently in
progress and all forms are due to HR by April 16. The PDP forms are
available on the HR website at
http://www1.cpcc.edu/humanresources/forms/performance.
The Upward Evaluation form is also available on the website if
administrators wish to invite feedback from employees.
Please note that fax submission or MFP submission of PDP forms is not
acceptable. The HR Express staff at each of the campuses will be glad to
accept the original PDP forms, or the original forms may be given to the
secretary in the dean's office at each campus.
If you have any questions about PDPs and the annual review process,
please contact Human Resources at 6631.
