Maintenance Assistant, Position #2FCMANT-FNC-5. Position available in
Facilities Services. Performs a variety of basic construction and
maintenance-related duties for the upkeep and maintenance of college
buildings and other facilities. Requires a high school diploma or GED
and six (6) months' maintenance experience. A valid N.C. or S.C.
driver's license will be required at the start of employment. Closing
date, March 30, 2007.
Maintenance Technician, Position #2FCMANT-FNC-4. (Internal only)
Position available in the Facilities Services. Performs a variety of
standard maintenance tasks such as simple repair, painting and
automobile maintenance related to the upkeep of college property and
facilities. Requires a high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of
maintenance experience. A valid N.C. or S.C. driver's license will be
required at the start of employment. Closing date, March 23, 2007.
Maintenance Technician Senior, Position #2FCMANT-FNC-3. (Internal only)
Position available in Facilities Services. Performs a variety of complex
technical tasks related to maintaining campus facilities and systems.
Designs and builds equipment or completes renovations to assist in
achieving college goals. Requires high school diploma or GED and two (2)
years of experience. A valid N.C. or S.C. driver's license will be
required at the start of employment. Technical training in plumbing,
electrical work, general construction, concrete, masonry, carpentry, dry
wall and welding preferred. Closing date, March 23, 2007.
