[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Online HR system sign-on experiencing technical difficulties

CPCC is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the login
process into the PeopleClick system for hiring managers and approvers
who are wanting to access the system through the single sign-on portal.
The email quick links for approvals are still functional and
approvers/hiring managers may approve/disapprove actions without any
issues by selecting the links within the emails.
PeopleClick and ITS representatives are currently working with HR staff
to correct the situation expeditiously. We will notify everyone when the
functionality through single sign-on is repaired.
