Are you responsible for creating part-time hourly rate schedules or are
you newly hired and will be responsible for entering faculty part-time
assignment contracts?  

 

This is a reminder to register and attend the 9:00 a.m., July 31, 2007,
training session (DT-HRS-101) in PD 310 on Central Campus listed in
LearnerWeb <http://pd.cpcc.edu/> .

 

The part-time hourly rate schedules have been redesigned and the
training will require one hour.  

 

The remainder of the session is required only if you are newly hired and
will be responsible for creating faculty part-time assignment contracts.
If the attendee's supervisor has not already completed a training
session, it is strongly recommended that the supervisor attend the
session for an understanding of the process. Colleague access for newly
hired staff to assignment contracts will not be given unless training is
completed. (Note:  This is not for CCE Contract Training.)
