[Cpcommunicator] Blackboard shells now available for course copying and updates

Blackboard shells are now available for course copying and updates.
The rollover to Blackboard 7.2 was successfully completed this summer--a
big thanks to an outstanding job by our ITS Blackboard Administrator.
Fall semester shells are now available for course copying. The fall LMS
Timeline will be posted on the ITS website for batch copy request dates
and other pertinent information. Please try to get your course copying
down before the semester begins. The earlier the better!
Tutorials on copying course content are available on the eLearning
