[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Central Campus employees encouraged to use designated parking 7/23-24

On Monday, July 23, and Tuesday, July 24, we anticipate a larger number
of students on Central Campus to make payment for fall classes and to
register for classes. In order to accommodate this peak registration
time and address the challenges with the closing of Elizabeth Avenue and
construction at Central High, a number of strategies are being put in
place to assist students.
We are asking that faculty and staff members please utilize the
Facilities Services parking lot and the parking lot at St. Mary's Chapel
on these dates. Students will be directed to park in the faculty parking
lot, the new student parking deck and other lots as designated. The
student parking deck 1 (on Elizabeth Avenue) will still be closed as a
result of the construction work.
We also ask all faculty and staff to assist students with directions and
information as needed during this important time. Designated staff will
be stationed in key areas to assist students. We appreciate your
cooperation as we strive to ensure a successful registration period for
our students.
