The future of the N.C. Community College System is dependent upon the
quality and diversity of its future leaders. The N.C. Community College
Leadership Program (NCCCLP) was created in 1989 to provide an
interdisciplinary approach to leadership training through professional
development. In today's climate of change, issues such as
re-engineering, budget control, and collaborative approaches to problem
solving offer would-be leaders new challenges.

NCCCLP's seven-month program provides the ideal preparation and training
for those eager to respond to today's challenges. Potential applicants
can view the program, location of sessions, and application by visiting
the NCCCLP website at http://www.nccclp.org.

Applications need to be submitted to Diann Back in the Center for
Leadership and Staff Development, LV 3434, by August 6.
