Information Systems Analyst II (PT), Position Number 2INSTTC-HNC-3, Campus to be determined. This position is part of Information Technology Services, and the requirements are associate's degree in computer science or related field or a combination of college-level coursework and may substitute experience for a degree or industry specific certifications; CAD knowledge is a plus and 2-to-4 years related experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, responds to inquiries and requests from users for assistance with the college's computer systems or personal computers. This position provides tutorial services and helps to identify problems, troubleshoots and provides solutions to assist users. Hours are flexible for morning and afternoon.
