[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Colleague system open for new fiscal year

The Colleague system is open for processing in the new fiscal year 2008.
Please be aware that when running XIFR reports the system will generate
the message "**Opening Balances are estimated; Previous Fiscal Yr. not
closed**".
This is normal and will appear until we have completed the FY2007
financial reporting process and close FY2007.
