[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Important change to PT Rate Schedule online form

Important information for budget managers and College staff who enter
part-time rate schedules for part-time and overload employees.

 

The calculation function of the Part-Time Rate Schedule online form has
been modified.  The calculations will more accurately reflect the
encumbrance amounts calculated in Colleague.  

 

*	Any versions of the form that may have been saved to desktops
should be deleted and replaced with the new form.

 

*	The new form is located at Inside CPCC Forms
<http://inside.cpcc.edu/forms/#Part-time-contracts>  and can be found
under the Part-Time Contracts heading.

 

If you have already submitted rates schedules it is not necessary to
submit new forms to Human Resources.

 

For your own budget tracking purposes, you may want to create a new form
for your department's internal use in order to review the correct
encumbrance amounts.
