[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Payroll and Budget operations 2/28

The Payroll and Budget departments will be at an off-site retreat on
Wednesday, February 28, from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., so there will
not be anyone available to assist you with questions that afternoon.
We will respond to your email and telephone messages on Thursday, March
1, in the morning when we return to the office.
