The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announces program
guidelines for the 2008 competition cycle of the DHS Scholarship and
Fellowship Program.

All applicants are expected to apply using the online application.  

 

The deadline for submitting an application is January 7, 2008, 11:59
p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
