[Cpcommunicator] ADVISORY: Solving E-Procurement response problems

Employees experiencing a slow response when using the E-Procurement
system are recommended to follow the steps below to clear their system
cache:

 

For Internet Explorer 7.0

 

1.    Open the Internet Explorer browser

2.    Select Tools -> Internet Options

3.    In the Browsing History field, select Delete

4.    In the Delete Browsing History window, select Delete Cookies

5.    Select Close on the Delete Browsing History window

6.    Select OK on the Internet Options window

7.    Close Internet Explorer

8.    Re-open Internet Explorer and access the E-Procurement system.

 

For Internet Explorer 6.0

 

1.    Open the Internet Explorer browser

2.    Select Tools -> Internet Options

3.    In the Browsing History field , select Delete Cookies

4.    Select OK on the Internet Options window

5.    Close Internet Explorer

6.    Re-open Internet Explorer and attempt to access the E-Procurement
system.

 

For Mozilla Firefox

 

1.                   Open Mozilla Firefox browser

2.                   Select Tools -> Options

3.                   In the Cache field, select Clear Now

4.                   Select OK

5.                   Close Mozilla Firefox

6.                   Re-open Mozilla Firefox and access the
E-Procurement system
