[Cpcommunicator] Online Syllabi directory restored advisory

The Online Syllabi directory has been restored. Division syllabi for sections offered during the summer 2003 term were made available for editing throughout the day on Thursday, May 29. Information and system access are available at http://www.cpcc.edu/itservices/news/syllabidirectory.htm.

All course information that was entered last semester has been migrated, with summer syllabi requiring updates only for information that is section specific. Spring 2003 syllabi are available, in read-only format, for reference and 'copy and paste' purposes. 

Be aware that any new college employees who will need to edit syllabi must obtain a network account through ITS. The online network account request application is the fastest way to obtain network accounts for new employees. It is available at https://phoenix.cpcc.edu/applications/am/main.php.

New employees who have obtained network accounts will be able to view syllabi but will not have editing capabilities until given permission by their respective division director using the Syllabi Author Administration tool, available here: https://secure.cpcc.edu/syllabiadmin/.
