To all instructors grading online:

The following reminders about online grading are in response to
questions currently being received. Please review.

1. Students who have withdrawn will appear on the grade roster with a
"W" already marked. These are official withdrawals and cannot be
changed to letter grades via the online grading process. In many cases,
in fact, withdrawn students may have received refunds. If your student
was allowed to continue, completed the class and earned a grade, please
go to Student Records and complete a Grade Change form to provide the
grade. This does not represent any change from previous practices.

2. If you receive a message stating that only the instructor of record
may grade the class, please check with your department to see if you are
on file in the system as the instructor. If not and it is your class,
please ask your department to correct this so you can grade online.

In addition, please remember the drop in sessions for online grading
assistance at the following times and locations:

TE112

Thursday, December 11, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

LRC039

Monday, December 15, from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m.
