New Employee Orientation
This program is designed to introduce each employee to an atmosphere that fosters attitudes and actions expressed by the mission, vision and values of CPCC.

Learner objectives:
> Integrate the mission, vision, and values into the performance of their jobs;
> Visualize the history of CPCC and its plans for the future;
> Recognize individual and departmental positions within the organization;
> Identify the benefits and services provided by CPCC to the community;
> Identify the benefits and services provided by CPCC for all employees;
> Learn exceptional customer service skills;
> Maintain a safe and compliant work environment;
> Human Resources benefits;
> Become comfortable with campus technology;

The New Employee Orientation and Benefit session is required for all full-time employees, and part-time employees are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Managers and supervisors should schedule new hires for New Employees Orientation at the time they are hired.

Please note that New Employee Orientation is now 12 hours long, which will take 1.5 days. Many new and exciting topics have been added as well as an expanded technology session. Presenters:  Diann Back and Christine Delgadillo.
