Administrative Clerk, Senior position available in Financial Aid/Veterans Affairs department.  Qualifications include high school diploma or GED and one year of office experience.  Will perform a variety of standard clerical and administrative tasks which may include, but are not necessarily limited to, responding to inquiries and requests, reviewing documents, resolving discrepancies, gathering information, entering information into computer system, typing and filing in support of department's daily operations. Deadline:  Until filled, position # 4STFINA-FNC-2.

Financial Aid/Veterans Affairs Specialist position available in the Financial Aid/Veterans Affairs department.  Qualifications include bachelor's degree in education or a related field and one year of related experience.  Prefers broad skills in financial aid, financial aid software and federal regulations governing the student financial programs.  Will perform a variety of moderately complex clerical and administrative tasks related to reviewing and processing financial aid and veterans aid certifications.  Deadline:  Until filled, position # 4STFINA-FEP-1.

Administrative Clerk position available in Corporate and Continuing Education, Insurance, Real Estate & Banking Division.  Qualifications include high school diploma or GED and six months' experience.  Performs a limited number of basic clerical task which may include greeting and directing callers and visitors, operating cash register, filing, typing and entering information into computer in support of department's daily operations. Need enthusiastic team player.  Must have strong customer service skills and be computer literate in Microsoft Office. Deadline:  May 3, 2002, position ##REINBK-FNC-1.
