In preparation for the December 3 conversion from FRS to Colleague, requisitions will not be accepted for processing if entered after the close of business on Monday, November 12.  

Procurement encourages you to call your buyer for advice on making purchases following this deadline. Use of the P-Card (according to guidelines) is encouraged―ask your vendor if VISA is acceptable. 

The Procurement staff is currently conducting training for the new system. Your buyer will also be expediting regular orders to be delivered before the end of November.

Open (blanket) orders will be transferred to Colleague according to the remaining balance as of the end of November. Please immediately review any currently open (blanket) orders.  

If the blanket order requires additional funds to carry it through the rest of the fiscal year, please contact your buyer immediately.  

Change orders to add funds to open (blanket) orders will not be allowed in the new system; a new requisition will be required when funds are expended.
